Khon Kaen EMS & Rescue (KKEMS) is a modern, professionally governed emergency medical service built on the principles of safety, clinical accuracy, and community trust. Founded in Khon Kaen and expanding nationally, KKEMS delivers ambulance operations, training, and community response programmes that meet Thai EMS requirements while aligning with international best practice.

Our mission is simple: provide safe, reliable, accountable emergency care — every call, every shift, every province. We combine structured training, modern vehicles, bilingual capability, and clear operational governance to ensure predictable, high‑quality performance across all environments, from dense urban centres to rural districts and high‑risk tourist zones.

KKEMS works closely with hospitals, NIEMS, MoPH, district authorities, and local foundations to strengthen emergency care systems and support Thailand’s long‑term EMS development. As we expand beyond Khon Kaen, our goal is to build a unified, national EMS network that raises standards, supports communities, and enhances public confidence in emergency medical services across Thailand.
